歡迎您下載並使用由 聯騏技研股份有限公司（NESTECH CORPORATION，以下簡稱「我們」） 開發的 CellVkey 行動應用程式（以下簡稱「本軟體」或「CellVkey」）。本軟體提供智慧行動鑰匙解決方案，旨在協助配合使用的飯店、旅館、共享空間或各類物業之住客、員工或授權用戶，透過手機進行無線開解鎖、管理電子密鑰等服務。
為了讓您能夠安心使用本軟體各項功能，我們在此向您說明本軟體的隱私權政策（以下簡稱「本政策」），以保障您的權益。請您在初次使用本軟體前，務必仔細閱讀並充分理解本政策內容。如果您開始使用本軟體，即代表您已閱讀、理解並同意接受本政策的全部內容。
Welcome to the CellVkey mobile application ("CellVkey" or "App"), developed by NESTECH CORPORATION ("NESTECH", "we", "our", or "us"). CellVkey is a smart mobile key solution designed to help guests, employees, and authorized users of cooperating hotels, hostels, shared workspaces, or properties manage digital keys and operate secure wireless lock systems.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, process, use, and protect your information when you use our App. By downloading and using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

當您註冊、登入或由飯店管理系統為您建立入住權限時，本軟體會記錄您的電話號碼及電子郵件，以進行身份識別並傳送電子鑰匙。
When registering, logging in, or when a hotel management system issues access permissions to you, we record your phone number and email address to verify identity and deliver digital keys.

Unlock History and Hardware ID
當您透過藍牙或 NFC 對特定智慧門鎖進行解鎖時，本軟體會記錄該次解鎖時間、門鎖硬體編號（Lock ID）、解鎖結果等。此紀錄有助於物業防堵未授權進入並優化系統連結。
When you perform Bluetooth or NFC unlocking operations on smart locks, we record the timestamp, Lock ID, and unlock result. This data is critical for property security and system connection debugging.

我們僅在您前台使用 App 且搜尋/連結藍牙門鎖時獲取粗略或精確位置。此乃 Android 與 iOS 作業系統對於藍牙低功耗 (BLE) 掃描的硬性安全要求。我們絕不會在背景持續定位，亦不會收集您的移動軌跡作行銷用途。
We only obtain location coordinates when the App runs in the foreground to scan/connect with BLE locks. This is a strict operating system requirement from Google and Apple for Bluetooth scanning. We never track location in the background or use it for advertising.

For CellVkey to operate correctly, we request the following device permissions when specific features are initialized. You may revoke these anytime via system Settings, but doing so may impact unlocking capabilities:

必要權限。本軟體使用藍牙低功耗 (BLE) 技術與門鎖硬體建立加密連線並傳遞開鎖指令。若停用此權限，您將無法使用藍牙開鎖功能。
Mandatory. Enables BLE technology to discover, securely connect, and send unlock tokens to smart locks. If disabled, Bluetooth unlocking is unavailable.

必要權限（視系統版本而定）。在 Android 11（及以下）或 iOS 中，掃描藍牙設備被視為可能洩漏位置的行為，故作業系統要求必須授權定位。我們絕不會上傳您的位置，亦不作常駐背景追蹤。
Mandatory (OS Dependent). Operating systems treat Bluetooth scanning as location-indicative. Location access is mandatory to locate locks. We never upload your coordinates or perform background location tracking.

Optional. Enables NFC features for compatible lock systems, allowing device emulation as a digital keycard or reading/writing smart cards.

Optional. Used to scan QR codes on hotel desks, doors, or confirmation receipts to quickly register key sets. We do not access or upload private photos.

我們高度重視您的資料安全。聯騏技研採取業界標準的安全防護措施保障您的個人資料：
安全加密傳輸：本軟體與後端伺服器（架設於 Amazon Web Services (AWS) 雲端中心）之間的所有資料交換皆採用 TLS/HTTPS 加密傳輸協定。門鎖密鑰發行與解鎖憑證皆具備動態隨機值驗證與端對端防偽安全機制。
資料不外洩與不販售：我們絕不會向任何無關的第三方出售、出租、共享或交易您的個人資料。除非基於以下情形：
1. 配合司法機關調查或基於法律規定的強制程序。
2. 為了您的生命、身體或重大財產安全，有緊急必要性。
3. 經您事前同意或授權。
We prioritize your data security and take comprehensive industry-standard precautions to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure:
Encrypted Transmission & Cloud Storage: All network traffic between CellVkey and our back-end cloud databases (hosted securely on Amazon Web Services) is encrypted via TLS/HTTPS. Digitally issued smart keys use dynamic verification variables and cryptographic signatures to prevent tampering.
No Data Sale or Unauthorized Sharing: We do not sell, rent, or lease your personal information to third parties. We will only share data under the following conditions:
1. To comply with valid legal processes or governmental requests.
2. In urgent cases to protect the safety of lives, public health, or key assets.
3. When you give us explicit authorization.

依據相關隱私權法規，您對我們所持有的個人資料享有以下法定權利：
- 查詢、閱覽或請求製給複製本。
- 請求補充或更正。
- 請求停止收集、處理、利用，或請求永久刪除您的個人帳號與所有進出紀錄。
帳號註銷與資料刪除：如果您決定不再使用 CellVkey，並希望永久清除您的所有資訊，您可以：
1. 直接於 App 的「設定/個人中心」中選擇「刪除帳號 (Delete Account)」功能。
2. 透過下方 第 6 條款的「線上申請表單」 提交您的請求。
3. 撰寫電子郵件與我們聯繫，我們將於 7-14 個工作天內刪除您的帳號及雲端對應之所有個人識別資料。
Under global data protection laws (such as GDPR, CCPA), you possess specific rights regarding your personal records:
- Right to request access, query, or receive duplicate copies of your data.
- Right to correct or update incomplete records.
- Right to restrict processing, object to data utilization, or demand permanent erasure of your profile and unlock histories.
Account Termination & Erasure: If you wish to delete your account and erase all associated history, you can:
1. Navigate to "Settings / User Profile" in the App and tap "Delete Account".
2. Fill out and submit the **Online Deletion Form in Section 06** below.
3. Send a formal deletion request via email. We will process and permanently scrub all identifiable data from our databases within 7-14 business days.
